Hey 👋 I'm Naveera, the creator and writer of ShiftClick.

I am a self taught developer (I make web apps, bots, educational games, and eLearning content) and founder of Creative Melon.

I am also a homeschooling mom (for the past 18 years 😎). Want to know more about what I do? Visit my website.

The thing I like to do best is to learn new things. And helping others to learn them is the next best thing! I used to blog about homeschooling resources some years ago by the name of Homeschool 4 Muslims. I kept blogging for many years.

I also run a Telegram channel to share learning resources for younger learners and a few other social learning projects.

Wasn't ShiftClick a digital magazine?

Yes it was! But curating resources, making artwork and putting together the magazine is a lot of work for a harassed homeschooling, work-from-home mom. So the project took a back seat.

With the COVID-19 lockdown I saw a greater need for resources to help self-learners and homeschoolers. I wanted to start the project again, but cutting out the extra bits and focusing solely on the content. So, I reshaped the magazine into a newsletter.

If you are looking for the past magazine issues, you can download them from here and here.
